Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar Finely shredded is ideal, a Mexican blend will work as well
  • 1/2 cup Duke's mayonnaise (heaping)
  • 2 tablespoons diced, canned pimentos
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula.

  2. Serve on white bread (most traditional), crackers, or in any other way you like!
